- Upload or print content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through HausPrint are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected at any time
Payments
- Full payment is required before production begins
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
4. Artwork & File Responsibility
You are responsible for all files submitted for printing.
By uploading artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it
- The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal restrictions
HausPrint is not responsible for:
- Spelling or design errors in submitted files
- Low-resolution images
- Improper formatting or sizing
5. Proofing & Approval
If a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to review it carefully before approval.
Once approved:
- The file is considered final
- HausPrint is not liable for any errors present in the approved proof
6. Production & Turnaround Times
Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed.
HausPrint is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather or external factors
- File issues that delay production
We do our best to hit timelines — but printing is part science, part art.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order ships:
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer
- Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or lost packages, which are not the responsibility of HausPrint.
8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
In short:
- Custom printed products are non-refundable
- Reprints or refunds may be issued for verified production errors
- Claims must be submitted within the stated timeframe
9. Intellectual Property
All content on HausPrint.shop — including logos, branding, graphics, and website design — is the property of HausPrint and may not be used without permission.
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork, but grant HausPrint a limited license to use it for:
- Printing your order
- Order fulfillment and production purposes
10. Limitation of Liability
HausPrint is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, or data
- Errors in customer-submitted files
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HausPrint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your submitted content
- Any violation of these Terms
12. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
- All activity under your account
